Extremely friendly staff, amazing hotel departments, great location, clean swimming pool and gym, excellent food.

The hotel's location near the metro station and in the food court of the mall made it convenient to explore the city and grab a bite to eat. The free underground parking was a huge value for those with rented cars. The breakfast had a good variety and the wifi was fast and stable in both the room and the breakfast area. The studio apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, including a toaster and a boiler, useful for a family stay. The room was clean, functional, and well-maintained. The hotel staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests.

Located just a stone's throw away from Al Nahda metro station, the hotel offers great convenience for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained with soft and newly washed sheets. The staff are accommodating and provide excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including dosas for Indian guests. The hotel also features a hidden gem of a restaurant, Fountain Restaurant, with a delightful ambience and delicious food.

The hotel charges for additional Wi-Fi connections, which can be quite expensive.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and friends. The place is located in a little isolated area from the busy life which provides a very peaceful environment. The staffs were always available and accommodating with good services. The hotel has a lot of amenities, such as a swimming pool, sauna, massage, fitness centre. We enjoyed the beach shuttle every morning and the shuttle service to the mall in the evening. The room amenities were sufficient for us with the in-room safe, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee facilities, among others. The breakfast was a great start to our day.

I highly recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I had the most amazing experience at Al Bustan Centre & Residence. The highlight of my stay was the perfect service I received during my wedding reception in the Al Nahda Hall. The hall was beautifully decorated and exceeded my expectations, all at a fair price. I want to personally thank Omar, Al Ameen, and the entire staff for making my special day nice. The attentive and courteous team, led by Mr Clinton, Triston, and Angela, made sure that every moment was perfect. the complimentary breakfast for two in the Fountain Restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location near AL Nahda metro Station and connected to a shopping mall was very convenient. The services offered, such as the free shuttle to Mamzar beach, the free Laundromat service, and the amazing gym and swimming pool, added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, with all the necessary cooking facilities. The staff was professional, friendly, and prompt in addressing any request. The restaurant food was delicious and catered to international travelers' tastes. I highly recommend Al Bustan Centre & Residence for a wonderful stay.
